    Welcome to Mix and Max Egypt (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mixmaxbaby.com website for orders placed within the Arab Republic of Egypt. By accessing our website and purchasing our baby gear, apparel, and essentials, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. Account Creation and Eligibility
    To make a purchase, you may be required to register an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  3. Product Descriptions and Availability
    We strive to display our baby products, strollers, carriers, and clothing as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or colors (which may vary depending on your screen) are 100% accurate. All orders are subject to product availability.
  4. Pricing and Payment
  • Currency: All prices on the Egyptian store are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Egyptian law.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit cards, mobile wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash, if applicable), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
    We deliver to Cairo, Giza, and across the Egyptian governorates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  2. Returns and Refunds (As per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law)
  • Standard Returns: You have the right to return unused, unwashed products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • Defective Items: In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA), if a product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened diapers, bathing items, and innerwear cannot be returned unless defective.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    Mix and Max Egypt shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
  2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt. Consumers may also escalate disputes to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
