Refund and Returns Policy

    1. Return Window (Compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law)
      In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) regulations, you have the right to return or exchange products within:
    • 14 Days: For any reason (change of mind), provided the item is in its original, sealed condition.
    1. Return Conditions & Hygiene Standards
      Because we sell sensitive baby products, strict hygiene rules apply. To be eligible for a standard 14-day return:
    • The product must be 100% unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging.
    • Clothing and baby loungers must have all original tags attached.
    • Exceptions: Under no circumstances can we accept returns or exchanges for reusable swim diapers, swimwear, or feeding accessories once the packaging has been opened, due to health and safety regulations.
    1. Return Process & Shipping Fees
      To request a return or exchange:

    2. Provide your Order Number and a photo of the product.
    3. We will arrange for our local courier to pick up the item from your address.
    • For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the courier return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
    • For Defective Items: Mix and Max will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
    1. Refund Processing
      Once our Helwan facility receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund:
    • Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunded directly to the original card (usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your bank).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Purchases: For orders paid in cash, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, InstaPay, or mobile wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash) for your convenience.
    1. Order Cancellations
      You may cancel your order at no cost before it has been handed over to the courier. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return shipping fee will apply.
